Paver Joint Sanding

The joints between your pavers play a critical role in the stability and appearance of the entire surface. Over time the original joint sand erodes due to rain, pressure washing, foot traffic, and general weathering. When joint sand breaks down pavers begin to shift and wobble, weeds take root between the joints, and ant colonies move in underneath the surface. What starts as a minor issue can quickly lead to an unstable and unsightly surface that is expensive to repair if left untreated.

We apply professional grade polymeric sand to replenish and stabilize your paver joints. Unlike regular sand, polymeric sand contains special binding agents that activate with water and harden to lock the joints firmly in place. The result is a tight, stable joint that resists weed growth, blocks ant infestation, prevents paver shifting, and gives the entire surface a clean finished look.
